PLA is durable but sensitive to high temperatures.
- Hand Wash Only: Use cool or lukewarm water and mild soap. Not dishwasher safe.
- Avoid Heat: Keep away from high heat (e.g., hot cars, boiling water) and direct summer sunlight to prevent warping.

Every single item is personally printed by us in-house! We take great care to ensure every layer is perfect before it leaves our shop.
- Time: Most of our items are ready to ship! Orders ship in the order that they are received. If an item is out of stock then it might take anywhere from 1-7 business days, depending on the size and complexity of your print. Larger prints may take a bit longer.
- Large Orders: Larger or complex prints may require a little extra time to complete.
- Rush Requests: Need it by a certain date? Send us a message before ordering, and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your timeline.
Returns
Generally we do not accept returns but they will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
- Damaged or Incorrect? If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong color, we will happily replace it!
- How to Report: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
