Return Policy

At Enchant3D Workshop, each item is custom-printed just for you. Because of the personalized nature of 3D printing, we do not accept general returns. However, your happiness matters to us, and we’ll always make it right if something isn’t as expected.

We’ll gladly replace or fix an item if:

  • It arrives damaged

  • There is a printing defect

  • The item you received doesn’t match the design or description you ordered

What to Do if There’s an Issue:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll review the problem and offer a replacement or solution right away.

Non-Returnable Items:

Because everything is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom prints

  • Personalized items

  • Orders placed with incorrect sizing or color selections made by the buyer

Cancellations:

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. Once printing begins, cancellations cannot be made.

Shipping Issues:

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out — we will help file claims and work with you toward a resolution.
