What do you make?

We create high-quality, custom 3D-printed objects such as toys, fidgets, figurines. We are continuously adding new products to our page so subscribe to our email list to stay up to date on our products! Every item is printed to order with care and detail. 

How long does it take to process an order?

Most of our items are ready to ship! Orders ship in the order that they are received. If an item is out of stock then it might take anywhere from 1-7 business days, depending on the size and complexity of your print. Larger prints may take a bit longer.

Do you accept custom orders?

We are not accepting custom orders at this time. This service will be available in the near future as we expand our offerings. We always take new product and color suggestions! Subscribe to our email list to stay updated!

Can I choose the color of my print?

Absolutely. We offer a wide selection of filament colors, and many items list color options directly on their product pages. If you don’t see the color you want, just ask!

Will my 3D-printed item look exactly like the photos?

Every piece is printed one layer at a time, so slight variations, layer lines, or texture differences are normal. These don’t affect function and are part of the charm of handcrafted 3D prints.

What is your return policy?

Generally we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Do you offer rush orders?

Sometimes! It depends on current workload and printer availability. Send us a message and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your timeline.

Do you ship internationally?

No, not at this time. Possibly in the future.

What materials do you use?

We primarily use PLA, a biodegradable and eco-friendly filament, along with other specialty materials upon request (such as PETG or TPU).

How durable are 3D-printed items?

PLA is strong and lightweight, but it can warp under high heat. Keep your prints out of hot cars or direct heat sources. For heavy-use items, stronger materials can be requested.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. Once printing begins, we cannot cancel the order.

How do I care for my 3D-printed product?

• Wipe with a damp cloth

• Avoid dishwashers and extreme heat

• Keep out of direct sunlight for long periods

• Handle with care if the item has thin or delicate features
