Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Enchant3D Workshop. Because our products are custom-manufactured to order, please review our policies regarding cancellations and returns carefully.

Order Cancellations

We begin preparing your custom order shortly after it is placed. If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us at info@enchant3dworkshop.com within 12 hours of the original purchase time. Cancellation requests made after this 12-hour window cannot be guaranteed, as production may have already commenced.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" purchases. We review return requests on a case-by-case basis for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Reporting Window: Any issues must be reported to us at info@enchant3dworkshop.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Required Documentation: To assist us in reviewing your case, please provide your order number, clear photographs of the item, and photos of the original packaging.

  • Authorization: Please do not ship any items back to us until your request has been reviewed and approved. Returned packages sent to our workshop without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Return Shipping: If a return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Depending on the situation, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the buyer.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for the following:

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or use after the package has been delivered.

  • Packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier that are reported as missing by the customer.

  • Any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Surface Variations

Please note that due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface variations or "layer lines" may occur. These are considered characteristic of the 3D printing process and are not classified as defects or eligible for return.
