Thank you for visiting and shopping at Enchant3D Workshop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy (USA Only)
At this time, Enchant3D Workshop only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing & Production Time
Because our products are 3D printed to order, they require a production lead time before they are handed over to a carrier.

Standard Processing: Most orders are processed within 5–7 business days.

Complex Prints: Larger or more intricate designs may require additional time.

Rush Orders: We may be able to accommodate rush requests depending on current workload and printer availability. Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm if we can meet your timeline.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Estimates & Delivery Guarantees
While we provide estimated delivery windows at checkout, Enchant3D Workshop does not guarantee specific delivery dates. * No Delivery Guarantees: Once a package leaves our workshop, the actual delivery date is subject to the carrier's performance.

Shipping Delays: Enchant3D Workshop is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), weather events, high-volume seasons, or incorrect address entry.
Free Shipping Promotion
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Please note the following limitation:

Our "Free Shipping" promotion covers a total shipping value of up to $12.00.

If the actual shipping cost exceeds this amount (due to package weight, size, or distance), the customer may be responsible for the remaining balance before the item is shipped.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To expedite your claim, please include the following:

Your order number.

Clear photographs of the damaged item.

Clear photographs of the interior packaging and the exterior shipping box (this is required for us to file a claim with the carrier).

Lost Packages: If your package tracking shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building managers, or local post offices first. Enchant3D Workshop is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit (no tracking updates for 10+ business days), please contact us so we can initiate a formal trace with the carrier.
