Fully Customizable Aesthetics
Make it yours! You get to choose three distinct colors and grid design to match your brand or decor:

Base Color: The main body of the machine, funnel and top lid.

Accent Color: Highlights for the grid sides, base stripe, coin mechanism, inner wheel and dispensing tray.

Grid Color: The color and design of the decorative grid cage.

Assembly
Your machine will arrive unassembled as a kit. Assembly is required and instructions are provided.

Important Details
- The Gacha only works with 3D Printed tokens; 10 will be included. Additional tokens can be purchased separately.
- Tokens are reusable: In the back of the machine there is a tray that collects the used tokens.
- Capsule Compatibility: Designed to vend standard 2-inch capsules.

- Eco-Friendly: PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) and PLA (Polylactic Acid), an eco-friendly plant-based plastic.
- Texture: You may notice faint "layer lines" on the surface. This is a normal characteristic of the 3D printing process.
*A Note on Quality: Due to the nature of 3D printing and filament production, slight color variations or minor imperfections may occur between batches. Your item may differ slightly from the photos, making it truly one-of-a-kind.
Care Instructions
PETG is more durable than PLA but to ensure longevity of the item it is best to avoid harsh chemicals, high heat and direct sunlight.
- Hand Wash Only: Use cool or lukewarm water and mild soap. Not dishwasher safe.
- Avoid Heat: Keep away from high heat and direct summer sunlight to prevent warping.
⚠️ Choking Hazard: This item may contain small parts that may pose a risk to young children. Not intended for children under 3. Please use with adult supervision.

Processing Time
- Made to Order: Each Gachapop is custom-printed just for you! Depending on size these machines can take at least 2-3 days to print. Our current processing time is 3-10 business days. This allows us to ensure that we can fulfill other orders and still provide the highest print quality.
Shipping
- Carrier: We ship via USPS with tracking provided as soon as your order leaves the workshop.
- Rates: Standard shipping rates apply.
- Packaging: Your surprise is securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Returns + Exchanges
- The Gachapop Surprise: Because the Gachapop is a custom product we do not offer returns or exchanges.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a functional defect please Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We are committed to making it right!
- Cancellations: We accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the printing process has not yet begun.
